Don't listen to bored and lonely music when you are bored and lonely.
Occasionally is one thing, but you get in a habit of that and it's bad
for your moods. Feedback cycles. Experience taught me not to listen to
The Weakerthans while upset.

I recommend upbeat synth-pop if you can stand it.
