I have used DVD Flick to stitch together several videos into a disc. It
handles creating the title screen, chapters, menus, but I do not think
it allows you to do any editing, fades between chapters, or anything
like that. I used the Windows version so I have no clue on how it
behaves, or if it is available, on other platforms
