Step 1 tells you to download a .deb (not in Ubuntu's official repositories) 
and install it. Step 4 gets you a full root shell. Step 6 runs a graphical 
program in said root shell.

Sigh. If Linux actually follow this kind of instructions, they have as much 
potential to get pwned by malware as if they were using Windows.

(Step 1 should tell you why you can trust that package, and where the source 
code is so you can build it yourself as an alternative. Steps 4-6 should use 
sudoedit instead, which runs the editor under your user account)
