Accents on uppercase characters are not little 
things..."ÀÂÄÃÈÉÊËÎÏĨÔÖÕÛÜŨŶŸÑ" (only those that I can easily
type)
Then, there is the cedil that extend under. "Çç"
Then, there are several lowercase characters that also extend down. "gjpqy"
