Get OmniCpp: http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=1520
And ctags: http://ctags.sourceforge.net

Then when generating the ctags database, add
--c++-kinds=+p --fields=+iaS --extra=+q

(as documented in OmniCpp help)
