Yeah, the organ looks gothic or gothic revival to me.
Pierced fretwork above and below is typical of gothic furniture.
Baroque usually has less of the fretwork, and is curvier.
It probably was done by someone familiar with both styles
though. The altar and the windows are definitely gothic.
