Oh, you mean legitimate children? If you count the illegitimate
children then I'd guess this recent urban myth is way wrong.

All the hot chicks want to sleep with the rich guys.

There does seem to be a link between the unavailability
of birth control in 3rd world countries and the birth rate,
but I'm sure there's plenty of smart but poor people there.
