It's not hard even with the skin on. Press your fingers to your eyebrow and 
rub up and down a bit, and you'll feel a little bit of a ridge. Now do that 
to your wife/girlfriend/secretary(slap! ;-) and you'll notice there is no 
ridge there. For example.
