    Well, we didn't pay back in those days, so it was pain FOR FREE!!

     No, not at all, it was a great regime. Circuit training, (and yes, that 
ball did hurt, but it also worked), and a few rounds sparring trying to 
knock the hell out of eachother. Great fun. :)
