You don't know what other variables were involved that kept the blocks from 
being moved. Warp already said they were management files and not normal 
user files, and the other defraggers couldn't move them either. They could 
have been from a system restore point that expired and got cleaned up 
automatically, for example.

Funky how "does not do what Patrick thinks it should" translates to "broken".
