Yes, ZBrush has a rather quirky interface, for some of us anyway - there are
those who seriously prefer ZBrush/Blender/Lightwave style interfaces. If
it's mainly mesh sculpting that you need, I find that Mudbox has a much
nicer, cleaner interface.
