Oh come on - the display of symbols of unconstitutional organizations  
(like the swastika - note that the law doesn't mention the swastika 
explicitly) for educational purposes is not forbidden. It would be pretty 
ridicolous to pretend WW2 never happened - and it is taught quite 
detailed in school - and images of that time with the real Nazis and 
swastikas are in the history books.
