Not only octaves but even 5th , or better said 13th (octave+5th)  with a 2' 
2/3 stop added to a 8'
When you press C1 key, it plays G2
That fakes the 3rd harmonic.
In French it is called "Nasard" because it gives sound a 'nose' colour.
In English 'Quinte flute'
