Oh, definitely Outlook.  I use it at work, and I love the way it's your 
email, calendar, task list, et cetera, all in one program.  Very handy 
and convenient.  But that's the 2003 version, running on XP.  At home, I 
had the 2007 version, running on Vista, and it was one slow puppy.

Besides, Outlook Express was deprecated years ago.  It's since been 
replaced by Windows Mail, which itself has been replaced by Windows Live 
Mail.
