Oh, you came up saying it's a myth so I assumed you grew up aware of

This is funny indeed:  some say milk is acid!  O_o I remember learning 
it was alkhaline or something.  BTW, it's because of that that it 
supposedly causes reflux (I never experienced, but my daughter had it as 
a baby).
