Heh, yeah. Not for long, if my dad is anything to go by... In fact, 
several of my trousers no longer fit very well! o_O

FWIW, I did investigate joining a gym the other day. But apparently they 

that kind of money...

OTOH, I can just walk up and down the stairs a few times completely for 
free.
