Don't do that. You need more practice. :-)  When I was young, I remember 
never correcting anything I said. If I got tangled up, I'd think up some 
other way of phrasing the sentence given what I'd already said. I don't 
know why I did it, but on more than one occasion, the person I was 
talking to said "I wondered how you were going to finish that."
