I mailed in for a rebate on a DVD a few years ago, and was told that 
they did not ship to post office boxes.  This of course was not 
mentioned anywhere in the rebate promotional material.  I could, 
however, get the rebate if I returned the proper paperwork no later than 
two days before I got the notification.
