A couple of people are set up so they can access other people's 
mailboxes. However, some of them are complaining that they can't forward 
messages from the other mailbox to their own mailbox. Anybody have any 
idea what that would be / how to fix it?

(I'd ask Google, but it's a bit of a complicated problem to sum up in a 
3 word search term.)
