They've made it free, evidently. I don't know how long it will last, or 
even if you will find much use for it. It's always good to have another 
modeler at hand, and the real-time rendering features look pretty cool.

On a side note, it would appear Wilbur is still being updated:

For those of you who don't already know, it's a height field painting 
program which can export 16-bit grayscale images. It's come a long way 
since I last tried it... back in 1998.
