Every time I press my finger against my thumb, I get this painful aching 
feeling in my forearm. I guess lifting all that heavy equipment 
yesterday has strained the tendons or the muscles or something? The 
question is: WHAT IS THAT MUSCLE CALLED?

Consulting the infalible Wikipedia, I think it's the flexor carpi 
radialis...
