don't bother installing mostly, but i guess both applies here.

i had quit installing monthly over a year ago. more troubles than fixes. I 
thought that sp3 would be more stable (less buggy) I'm aware that sp3 is 
just a collection of patches since sp2. I just thought that issues with 
individual patches whould have been addressed .... obviously not! I better 
stop before this start to sound like a rant!
