Like anything else, it just takes practice.  The more you do it, the 
better you are at it.

Besides, looking through the archive of Ctrl-Alt-Del, the first few 
months weren't worth reading, anyway.  He took some time to find his 
stride; what makes you think you wouldn't, too?
