Or I could use Ghost or ZENWorks Imaging (the latter being something I'm 
able to get licenses for, since I work for the company <g> and we use it 
for some of our course setups).

The thing we've been trying to resolve is Windows-based product setups.  
Because we're not an OEM, we can't distribute Windows VMs to our training 
partners.  But I personally don't see why we couldn't use sysprep along 
with something like this to build a minimalistic image that we could 
distribute that the partners have to put their license keys into in order 
to use them.  We'd have to clear it all with Microsoft (and our own 
lawyers), but I think it would fly.
