Upper left corner of the program window there should be a resolution 
drop-down selection there.

You can also change output resolutions by adding -wN -hN (N is integer 
number, also +w +h works), for the width and height dimensions needed, to 
the command field box immediately to the right of that (unless you moved 
it).
If those are larger than the display you're using the render window will 
have scroll bars, unless you maximize it in which case it'll conform to the 
display (shrink it down to fit).
