Yeh I have that problem a lot.  One of the pieces of software we run (not by 
MS btw!) crashes a lot and they keep requesting I send them my files for 
them to see why it's crashing.  Except they're all confidential so I can't 
send them the files.  Great.  There's not really any way to move forward 
with this...
