Yes. A resistor works. Extra fun shorting it with a screwdriver. Causes 
the whole "holy crap! I just vaporized the end of my screwdriver" 
reaction, though. Actually, don't try that one at home... It stresses 
the capacitor, and could irreparably damage it.
