Just wondering if anyone of you nice people can help

I am trying to locate newsgroups covering the topic of Osteopathy   which 
concerns posture of the body and associated issues

I have found a few medical newsgoups such as alt.support.ostomy, but they 
are permiated with offensive posts about x-rated movies and viagra which I 
have absolutely no desire to even view the titles of.  any suggestions?  Am 
I just looking at the wrong newsgroups (maybe those beginning with alt ?)
