A friend of mine uses http://www.ipowerweb.com/ and recommended me to use if 
I ever needed a website.  A quick look shows that they offer 300 GB with 
Perl/MySQL/PHP/CGI-BIN/etc for $4.95 / month if you get the 12 month 
package.
