Swap the "F" and "J" key (the two marked keys), then take all the other keys and 
randomly replace them. On the key-pad, leave the "5" in place and replace the 
others.
Touch typists won't feel the difference.

Now, you can spot the nerds and touch typists from "ordinary" users. Ordinary 
users will get all fucked up, while the advanced users may not even realise that 
all the keys are messed up for days, even months...
