Is this in Windows Vista?
Microsoft decided that .ini files would all be
considered windows system files by Vista
when they are installed or accessed from
the Program Files directory. POV will
not operate correctly when installed to
that directory under Vista.
Additionally, you should use +I"source.pov"
without that it's looking for an .ini I think.
