Make sure that you have "ownership" of the whole POV-Ray folder. It may be owned 
by Administrator or even System. If that's the case, you don't have write/edit 
privileges, only read.
Switch user to Administrator, change ownerchip to you or Everyone, return to 
your usual acount and you should be good to go.
