I have been trying to get camera(perspective) projection matrix from camera 
parameters..

that is

{
    perspective
   //location  <0, 0, -8>
   location  <15, 5, -15>
   direction <0, 0, 1.0>
   up <0,1,0>
   right <1, 0, 0>
   look_at   <0, 0, 0>
}


Is there any way to get camara projection matrix?

Please help me.
