You can edit the "povray.ini" adding "Library_Path=" pointing to your external
folder. You also need to edit "pvengine.ini" file and add the same path in the
[Permitted Input Paths] section (the first one).
This will allow you to keep I/O restrictions active and access your files and
textures. Those restrictions are there for security reason. Usualy, removing
those restrictions don't cause any problem.
