	That's fully DiVX compatible. On windows, you can see it in one of
three ways:
 - Install the ffdshow codec then use your favorite media player;
 - Use avi4cc to change the reported codec to divx (if you have
installed the DiVX codec);
 - Play it with videolan (that solution should work also on MacOS X
and linux).

	But you're right, MPEG1 would be much more widely accepted.
