Create your object, and then go to > Object > Export > Name it > choose
" Wavefront [*.obj] " > save it in your intended project folder. Open
Poseray and hit "Load 3D model". Navigate to your .obj model that you've
just created in Anim8or.
Then, when the model has opened, add your materials, geometry, lighting,
camera etc., (if you want to at this time, you don't have to, because you
can edit these files later in your project folder), and then hit > Povray
output > Export files, or > Export & render files.
You should now have a .pov file in that folder that you can now open
and render.
Good luck!
