Your question does not seem very clear.
Here are some ideas about what you might be asking:
You can adjust the size of a rendered image by adjusting the resolution as a
render option e.g. changing it from 640x480 to 800x600 to get a larger or
smaller rendered image,
or,
If you want to 'zoom' in or out (to alter the amount of the scene you get in
the render window from a given camera position), you can add the 'up' and
'right' vectors to your camera statement,
alternatively,
If you mean that you would like to scale a picture that you are using as an
image_map to texture an object then you can use 'scale' inside the texture
definition.
If 'none of the above' (and Warp's answer didn't hit the spot) then a little
more detail on what you want to do would be helpful.
