Blaze a new trail, and others may follow!
I've tried Wings3D but I miss some kind of spline object (although there are
work arounds).
Can MilkShape do splines or organic shapes at all?
How about 'booleans' (given the limitations of meshes)? i.e. cut a cylinder
out of something or slicing a plane through something.
I try and stay away from mesh objects in general - most of POVRay's best
features work much better (or at all) on it's other native objects, but for
somethings meshes do work better.
