Yes. By default, Linux has really strong cli's, while Windows is based 
mostly on graphical use. This can be seen on POV-Ray too; Windows 
-version has a GUI, Linux -version doesn't. The command I gave is only 
for Linux (might work in Windows with Cygwin).
