I can verify it. Also with Win2k. Try this too:
1. Open a file in POV-Ray
2. Change a single character - Now the "Save" button is enabled
3. Minimize POV-Ray by clicking at the taskbar (not the icon at top
right corner).
4. Restore POV-Ray by clicking at the taskbar - Now the "Save" button is
incorrectly disabled.
The same happens if you "activate" another program by alt-tab or by
using the task bar and then returning back to POV-Ray.
