Well it's definitely recognisable.
If you're still working on it then the proportions seem a bit off, the eyes
could come down and be recessed back a bit. Lifting the top of the head to
give a bigger forehead would make the overall proportions about right.
For the eyes I would recommend pulling back a socket behind the eyelids and
doing the eyeballs as separate spheres. In fact there's some POVRay eyeballs
and stuff you could use here:
