Nope, not possible. The best thing you can do is something like that

#local TRANSMIT = 0.5;
#local FILTER = 0;

#local Tex1 = texture {
	pigment { Red filter FILTER transmit TRANSMIT }
}

#local Tex2 = texture {
	pigment { Green transmit TRANSMIT/2 }
}

etc.
