It seems you just do not want to understand because I very explicitly made
clear that what you claim in your statement is not the case:

How to misinterpret that statement to "ignoring [..] ideas that are not to
the 'Team's liking." is beyond me, and probably anybody else reading this as
well.

So please stop making absolutely false assertions.
