Pretty good.
The eyes and mouth look a bit harsh. The eyelids would benefit from
horizontal surfaces to finish them off and adding a little dip in the middle
of the top lip would make a big difference. The ridge around the inside of
the ear looks a bit sharp to my eyes.

There's a textures file at
http://www.telinco.co.uk/c_bartlett/povperson/head/ thats got a lip texture
and a skin texture (and something for the eyebrows).
There's also an eyeball there you might find usefull as well as a simple
hair macro - it needs a 'hairline' object to grow hair off (I just take a
copy of the head mesh and slice away everything but the hairline, then scale
it up by a tiny amount so that it's not coincident with the head). Be
careful of the scaling and orientation of the stuff here, it's all done for
a head about 100 units high, 'nearly' centred at the origin and facing
towards -Z.
