I've been rather lax recently, finally got back to this.
Thanks to Giles Tran for suggesting the light group to bring
out the normal on the tree trunk.

I must again point out that the furthest backdrop of trees beyond
the bushes on the far bank and reflected in the lake *is* a
photo, I'll get around to replacing that soon hopefully.

I reckon there's still quite a lot wrong with this pic, but it's
been a while since I last posted. At the moment I'm trying for
good anti-aliasing for the reflections and AM2 helps a lot, but
not quite enough.
