Wow, that sunburn looks real!  Much better, the skin isn't so shiny and 
blends in with the background better. Only noticable thing now to me is 
as someone pointed out above, his left arm/hand is at an odd angle to 
the camera, makes it look like there's no wrist, just fingers coming out 
of the arm.

Great idea, I love the concept.
