It's a generational thing. Stick to POV long enough, as many of the best 
IRTC performers have, and your focus narrows. Just like any other hobby. 
When you buy your first aquarium, you are feel the need to run in and 
explore every Shopping Mall pet store. By the time you realize why a 
perfect Tancho Taisho Sanke costs fifteen thousand dollars, you've all 
but forgotten about neon-tetras (of course, this works just as well the 
other way around).
