When render a totally empty scene at 160x120 (no AA) with settings "-f
+kff1600" I notice that the rendering slows down gradually all the time.
This is a Windows version and happens with both 3.5 and 3.6 beta 1. It
can be easily seen by looking at the "Rendering frame X of 1600" line at
the bottom: it just slows down. Is it just me or does this happen to
everyone? What might cause this and is there any fix?
This is a little annoying when doing long animation runs as it would be
actually faster to render it in parts: stopping and starting regularly.
