That fits good, I got an AMD XP 2500, 1GB Ram over here. Should work 
fine. You can get it at

Normally, the only thing you've got to do is

$ tar xvzf qtpoveditor-0.2.3-mandrake9.2.tar.gz
$ cd qtpoveditor
$ ./qtpoveditor
