Poser doesn't support a "whole body" paradigm (meaning that it has no
concept for "muscle" or "skin"), but local deformations are supported using
a technology called Joint Controlled Morphs. It allows a body part to affect
its neighbours, provided that the corresponding morphs (such as a bulging
biceps) are available of course.
